5/11/26 First entry. Maybe I will update the formatting sometime but I have been writing so much HTML and JS and CSS that I like the idea of a lazy page. Today my grandmother came to stay with us, she'll be here for a week. I was feeling bearish but it was nice talking to her. Pleasantly warm. We talked about family, weather, cats, etc. All good small talk. I am trying to find a trail route planning software after gaia gps paywalled their service. I'm very upset about that.
5/13/2026 Yesterday I drank 5 beers and saw my friends. Today I stripped the finish off of a table and discovered the trim was all composite and plywood which was lame.
6/4/2026 I went to Costa Rica with my girlfriend for 10 days. So much fun!! We spent far too much money. I think it was worth it though. It was nice to get away. I also attended her grandma's funeral :(. Everyone was very sad but now that we're clearing out her house there's a lot of cool furniture to take. It's good timing because I'm moving soon. I'm glad I can help. Now I am learning a mechanics of materials course.
6/17/2026 Working on lots of projects right now. Going to try some woodworking to frame a screen to use as a TV in my workshop. Made some big breakthroughs in research stuff as well.
6/20/2026 I am still working on lots of projects. I am trying to get my bandsaw back to working order and am waiting on a new blade. I want to look into creating a NAS soon.. that sounds cool. England had a shockingly good first game but Tuchel's defense is a little sorry. We'll see.
