Tuna sandwich I made when I was really sick and it was the only thing I ate that day. Onion, bell pepper, cucumber, pickled cherry bomb peppers, tuna from Trader Joes and mayo for the tuna salad. Then gouda cheese in a baguette from the farmers market and toast all of it. So good but probably 2000 calories. Also had fresh squeezed orange juice with it.
Fry 3 pieces of turkey bacon (in a lot of oil). Saute bell peppers onions and tomatoes, then pour 2 eggs whisked with milk and cook it french style. like where you lift the edge of the cooked egg up and let the uncooked egg flow underneath. Add Jarlsberg swiss cheese when cooked and take it off heat. Brioche from costco, face down in leftover bacon oil and put on high heat for 30 seconds. Spread srirach on bun, fold omelette, place bacon, and half a cut up avocado. Usually I have lettuce but it wouldnt fit. Had this for breakfast for like a week straight.
